All work is performed under the authority of Building Licence #481977C in accordance with Australian Building Standards.

Project Scope & Variations

Project scope is defined in your written quote and includes all specified materials, labour, and finishes.

Any variations to the agreed scope must be approved in writing before work commences.

Additional costs for variations will be quoted separately and require your written approval.

Payment Terms

Final payment is due upon practical completion and your satisfaction with the completed work.

Warranties & Guarantees

All work is guaranteed for 12 months from completion date against defects in workmanship.

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and assigned to you upon project completion.

We will rectify any defects in workmanship at no cost during the warranty period.

Insurance & Liability

We maintain comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Insurance certificates are available upon request and remain current throughout your project.

Our liability is limited to the value of work performed and does not extend to consequential damages.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on typical construction progress and material availability.

Weather conditions, council approvals, and unforeseen structural issues may impact completion dates.

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimise impact on your schedule.

Additional Considerations

Site Access

You must provide reasonable site access during agreed working hours. Any access restrictions that impact work progress may affect project timelines.

Material Selection

Material selections must be finalised before work commencement. Changes to specified materials may impact project cost and timeline.

Quality Standards

All work is performed to industry best practices and Australian Building Standards. We maintain comprehensive quality control throughout construction.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, matters will be referred to appropriate industry bodies.
